Our Plants
USDA Inspected Vegetable Plants
All of our plants are grown using safe growing practices and are inspected and certified by the Georgia Plant Protection Division. This program is regulated by the Georgia Department of Agriculture to comply with the United States Department of Agriculture rules and regulations.
VPC will meet your operational needs in terms of the tray size, plant varieties and timing. Planting season can be very unpredictable when it comes to weather and operational issues. We always accommodate our customers.
Our success comes from our personal, hands-on approach to growing a consistent product, coupled with over 40 years of growing experience, allows us to provide the highest quality plants for our farmers.
The plants we grow:
We specialize in Spring and Fall watermelon (seeded and seedless). In the early 2000’s VPC started specializing in watermelon plants. We provide for watermelon farmers all over the United States: North and South Carolina, Delaware to South Florida, from Indiana to Alabama. We have experience with all the newest varieties as well as the traditional ones.

What’s the size of your greenhouses?
We offer 16 greenhouses at 300 square feet, 10 greenhouses at 350 square feet, and 7 greenhouses at 400 square feet. All Climate Controlled to better accommodate the unseen weather conditions.
What’s the order minimum?
- 25k-30k seed.
- You can order by the seed or by the number of plants.
